What are the right conditions to be entrepreneur?

Which context must be set up, which messages and which culture to be promoted to encourage initiatives?

What are the entrepreneurs’ key competencies, how to identify them and how to support them in a company?

On the opposite, what are the “beliefs” which are blockers in developing new ideas? In which areas, on which topics the “intrapreneurship” is possible?

I answer to these questions based on my own experience of creating a micro-enterprise in a bigger international structure.
